Driving directions
When travelling from Glasgow/Glasgow International Airport there are two ways you can go:1.The first option is to drive down the coast, through Greenock. From Glasgow, head west on the M8 towards Greenock, and then from Greenock head south on the A78 towards Largs. You will pass through Wemyss Bay and Skelmorlie before arriving at the north end of Largs - we are on the left about 200m south of the 30mph speed limitThe second option is to head west on the M8, and shortly after the airport turn off, you take the A737 towards Irvine onto the dual carriageway. Pass by Johnstone, Kilbarchan and Howwood, then turn right onto the A760 at the small roudabout, heading into Lochwinnoch. Continue on into Kilbirnie and then follow the signs for Largs. This route is slightly quicker, and brings you in at the bottom of the Haylie Brae road, which is at the south end of Largs. Travel through the town on the A78 towards Greenock and we are on the right just before the 30MPH zone ends.2.Driving from Glasgow Prestwick Airport / Irvine to Largs. Driving from Prestwick Airport, you head north on the A78 and follow signs for Greenock and Largs. You will pass the exits for Troon and Irvine , Stevenson,Saltcoats and Ardrossan . Follow the coast road as you go, and the coast road through Seamill, West Kilbride and Fairlie to arrive in the south end of Largs where you will see the Marina and Pencil travel through the town on the A78 towards Greenock and we are on the right just before the 30MPH zone ends..Car hire can be made with Budget, Europcar,Hertz and National.

Other transport
There are hourly bus services to both Ayr and Glasgow that pass through other large towns like Greenock, Kilmarnock and Irvine. There is also an hourly train service between Largs and Glasgow. Both Airports are accessible with public transport.

Booking Conditions1. A booking is a contract between Client and Proprietor.2. The property is hired on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only and that no right to remain in the accommodation exists for the client or any person allowed into the property by him. The client will be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of any delayed departure.3.No contract shall exist until a completed booking form and a deposit of 25% has been received . The booking will then be confirmed in writing. Cheques should be payable to Mr & Mrs Marshall. Costs are inclusive of all local taxes gas heating and electricity except for bookings exceeding twenty-eight days duration when these costs will be additional4. Telephone reservations will be held for up to seven days pending receipt of booking form and deposit.5. The full balance of the total amount is payable not later than 42 days before the arrival date. Bookings made within 42 days of the arrival date must enclose payment for the full amount with the booking form.6. Bookings, unless otherwise agreed, are on a weekly basis from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.7. The number of persons occupying the accommodation is limited to the number stated in the brochure.8. The client is expected to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition as found on arrival. The client is also responsible for the cost of any damage done to the property and its contents.9. The use of the accommodation and amenities is entirely at the risk of those occupying the property and no responsibility can be accepted for injury or for the loss or damage to the client's belongings. No responsibility can be accepted for the loss or damage to any car or its contents.10. In the event of cancellation the client remains responsible for the full rental. If however a replacement booking can be found all monies paid will be returned less an administration charge of £20.11. Should a property become unavailable through any cause (such as fire) the proprietor’s liability is limited to the amount of rent paid.12. The proprietor reserves the right not to accept a booking or to refuse entry if any of the booking conditions are not met. Foreign nationals may be asked to deposit their passport as a surety.13.While all information is believed to be accurate the proprietor cannot be held responsible for any alterations that may be required.14. Comments and suggestions for improvement are welcome. If however you have a complaint please take it up with the proprietor immediately so that rectification can be made. We are unable to deal with any complaints made after your departure from the property.
